You can log in to Flybuys on the Flybuys website or in the Flybuys app. There are three ways to sign in: your email and password, a one-time code sent to your email, or your Google or Apple account. This guide shows each one and how to fix the most common problems.
Log in on the website
- Go to flybuys.com.au and select Sign in.
- Enter the email address on your Flybuys account and your password.
- If asked, enter the verification code sent to the mobile number on your account.
Log in on the Flybuys app
- Download the Flybuys app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap Sign in and enter your email and password, or use one of the options below.
- Once you're in, you can turn on Face ID or fingerprint sign-in so next time is faster.
Sign in without a password
Flybuys lets you sign in with a one-time code instead of a password (Flybuys Help Centre):
- On the sign-in screen, choose the option to sign in without a password.
- Enter your email address. Flybuys emails you a one-time code.
- Enter the code. If prompted, also enter the second code sent to your mobile.
You can also choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple (Flybuys Help Centre).
Forgot your Flybuys password?
The steps are the same on the website and in the app (Flybuys Help Centre):
- Select Sign in, then Forgot password.
- Enter your email address.
- Open the reset link in the email and create a new password.
No email? Check your junk or spam folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, contact Flybuys through the Help Centre.
Common login problems and fixes

| "Email not recognised" | Check for typos, then try any other email you might have used when you joined. |
| Reset email or code not arriving | Check junk/spam, wait a few minutes, then request it again once. |
| Code goes to an old mobile number | You'll need Flybuys to update your number. Contact them through the Help Centre. |
| App keeps logging you out or freezes | Update the app, restart your phone, or sign in on the website instead. |
| Website page won't load | Try a private/incognito window or a different browser. |

Keep your account safe
- Only sign in at flybuys.com.au or in the official app.
- Be careful with emails or texts that ask you to "verify" your points through a link. Open the app yourself instead.
- Never share your one-time codes with anyone.
